My responsibilities: As a Level Designer, I designed the initial gameplay and layout for one level of the game. I blockouted out, placed the textures, the lighting, the effects, and created 20 of the static meshes (the roofs and the walkways).

Most successful onslaught levels take place in wide-open areas with lots of terrain to explore at different levels. In designing this level, I wanted to bring those techniques to an urban environment. The roofs of the buildings offer hill-like structures, and interiors of the building as well as the ground level, offer a variety of elevations for gameplay. The aspect of the roofs I find most entertaining is that you can be taking control of a node on one cluster of roofs, while the other team is on another cluster. While they clearly see you, they cannot shot far enough to hit you. Granted, the reverse situation can be frustrating.
